Where is the 2024 Guelph Organic Conference taking place?

Both pre-conference workshops (Jan 24 & 25) and conference sessions (Jan 26 & 27) will be taking place at the University of Guelph’s University Center in Guelph, Ontario.

Where can I park at the University of Guelph?

PARKING

Weekdays: Parking for vendors, sponsors, speakers, and volunteers will be limited to P11 and P31.  Parking passes will be available for pickup with your registration badges for dashboard display (1 free vehicle per).

For weekday parking, passes must be purchased online for any visitor parking at https://www.parking.uoguelph.ca/find-parking/visitor-parking for $9 plus HST or with the Honk Mobile App (download from Apple or Google)

Saturday: As in past years, parking is complimentary and can be anywhere, including P31.

What are the pre-conference workshops?

Pre-conference workshops are long-form interactive sessions that will be taking place on Wednesday, Jan 24, and Thursday, Jan 25 at the University of Guelph’s University Center in Guelph, Ontario.

Do I have to register online to attend the conference?

Attendees can choose to register online or at the door.

Do I have to register or pay a fee to attend the trade show?

The trade show is free to the public, no registration required.

When is the trade show taking place?

The trade show will occur from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday, January 26th, and from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM on Saturday, January 27th.

Will there be any virtual attendance options?

The 2024 GOC will be in-person only. However, we will be offering audio recordings of the conference seminars on a by-donation basis after the conference.
