The show will go on: If there is a provincial shut down due to COVID-19 we will pivot the conference to a completely online format and make sure to highlight the trade show.
We are doing our utmost to ensure good attendance of the show, but unfortunately we will not be able to issue refunds if there is a reduction in attendance due to COVID-19.
Conference Policy for the past twenty years is no refunds after December 31st.
We have cancellation insurance for extenuating circumstances outside of anyone’s control (eg: snowstorm).
Health and Safety
We take the health and safety of all parties involved in the show very seriously. We will be following the University’s rules and guidelines around health and safety and monitor the Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health guidelines.
Regardless of guidelines, we will have hand sanitizer stations available throughout the show and encourage masks and/or up to date vaccinations.
Information collected is for the use of keeping you informed about the Guelph Organic Conference. We will not sell your information, however we may have ads in our communications.

By attending the show you may appear in photos and videos from media organizations attending and for organizer use (eg: to promote the show).
