By Cheque – Please make cheques payable to “Organic Conference” and submit with the Exhibitor Registration Form provided to you.

U.S. exhibitors and sponsors PAYING BY CHEQUE, who want the best U.S. exchange rate please phone the Manager at (705) 444-0923 to get an agreed exchange rate [remember, we’re not a bank and can’t give you FOREX-style exchanges].
U.S. companies, if you pay online using your credit card (see above), you will get the best available exchange rate on the day you pay because it will translate into U.S.$ on your statement.
- By November 1st (or within 5 business days of booking a booth) – Insurance certificates indemnifying the Guelph Organic Conference and University of Guelph are due.
- By December 1st – Sampling Forms must be submitted if you are an organic food sampling or food demo company.
- Failure to provide payment and/or necessary paperwork can result in your booth being cancelled as of December 1st.
