Only exhibitors pre-approved by the Conference Manager should send back these forms.
Main Level – First payment deadline is October 1, 2016
Daily Grind (Area just off the main level) – Final payment deadline is December 1, 2016.
Basement Level – Final payment deadline is December 1, 2016.

Online – Once approved by the Conference Manager, visit here using the password provided to you to access the page.
By Cheque – Please make cheques payable to “Organic Conference” and submit with the Exhibitor Registration Form provided to you.
