Thank you for your payment.  Your transaction has been completed, and a receipt for your purchase has been emailed to you.  

You should receive 2 confirmations via email…

  • one to confirm the workshop passes and other registrations you have purchased
  • one to confirm your online payment 
Important Notes

IF you have ordered a parking pass, Organic Dinner Ticket or Keynote Forum Ticket – these will be mailed to you within 5-10 business days.  Please do not lose them as they can not be replaced.

IF you have ordered a workshop pass of any kind, simply check-in at the Conference Registration Room upon arrival to receive your workshop badge.

IF you have ordered a Thursday or Friday box lunch or Organic Food & Wine Dinner Ticket please communicate any food allergies to the Conference Manager at [email protected] by January 17th by noon at the latest.  Please include “Food Allergy Request – [your name]” in the subject line.

If you are registering as a student, you are required to present your student card when checking in and receiving your workshop badge.   More details are available at our How To Register page.
