An advance workshop, especially of interest for established organic cash croppers.
Greg and Dean will discuss challenges and solutions they’ve encountered in organic cash cropping as well as encouraging discussion of what attendees experiences have been.

2019 is Greg’s fourth year with certified land and his sixth year farming. He works 340 acres and his crops include corn, soybeans, spring wheat, winter wheat, winter rye (hybrid and common), and spelt.

Along with his two sons, Dean farms 900 acres of certified organic crops – mostly corn, wheat and soybeans in Harrow, Ontario as well as on Pelee Island.
