From Home to Homestead – How to Grow Your Own Urban Farm

Saturday, January 25, 2020
10:30 am to 11:45 am

Workshop Description

Conjure your inner farmer and learn how to transform yourself from consumer to a producer in this workshop lead by Arlene Hazzan Green and Marc Green.

They will take you on an in depth journey through their own transformation from film and tv professionals to urban farmers who now inspire, educate and empower urbanites to grow their own food and help them to reconnect with nature.

They will offer multiple DIY ideas, and provide recommendations on a variety of supply and material sources.

Hear how urban agriculture is transforming cities all over the world and discover how you can become a part of this growing trend.
