The focus of this workshop is on egg production (not meat).

Gain essential insights into egg production, selling eggs and how to make money doing it.

All the essentials you need to know for efficient layer flock production.

Speaker: Gerald Poechman

Gerald Poechman is from the Ontario Organic Farmer Co-operative and Poechman Farms, Ontario.  He was the first in Canada to have a Certified Organic flock.  With over 40 years of experience in the poultry field he has a wealth of knowledge and experience to share.
