Farm Succession Success Pt. 1 with Andrew Leach

Session 1: Beginning the Succession Conversation

Succession planning can feel overwhelming, but starting the conversation is often the biggest hurdle. This session focuses on identifying roadblocks, aligning family visions, and navigating difficult but necessary discussions. Learn how to approach succession collaboratively, resolve common concerns, and lay the groundwork for a smooth transition. By the end, participants will have tools to build a clear roadmap for succession that honors family relationships and the farm’s long-term sustainability. Whether you’re just starting or refining your plan, this session will provide practical strategies to move forward with confidence.
