October Virtual Coffee Meet Up: Farmer Round Table
Virtual Coffee Meet-Up: Farmer Roundtable
☕ Date: Monday, October 27, 2025
🕐 Time: 1:00 – 2:00 PM EST
📍 Online (Zoom)
Pull up a chair, pour yourself a coffee, and join us for a casual yet insightful conversation with organic farmers from across Ontario. This special webinar hosts three farmers who are redefining what it means to farm organically. From vegetables, herbs, and seeds to pastured sheep, poultry, and heritage livestock, their farms integrate plants and animals to create balanced, self-sustaining systems. Each farmer brings a unique approach to diversity, soil health, and community connection.
This is your chance to connect directly with the people who grow our food, hear about the realities of farming today, and learn what inspires them to keep cultivating a sustainable future.
Our roundtable will feature Kristine Hammel, Nathan Klassen, Luke Sheldrick, and Aric Aguonie, with more farmers to be announced. The discussion will be moderated by Dr. Erica Shelley, who will help guide a lively exchange on all things organic!
Whether you’re a fellow farmer, an organic advocate, or simply curious about life on the land, this one-hour conversation offers a warm, interactive space to listen, learn, and share.
Free to attend. Registration required.
