The Butter Breakdown: Organic Edition
Thursday, July 16 | 12:00–1:00 PM
Join us for a rich and informative conversation all about organic butter, from how it’s made to what sets it apart, and the challenges and opportunities in producing high-quality dairy in today’s organic system.
Whether you’re a farmer, processor, food enthusiast, or simply butter-curious, come ready to exchange ideas, ask questions, and learn from others across the sector.
We’ll be joined by Guillermo Anderson of St Brigid’s Creamery, who will share insights from his experience producing organic butter and dairy products. The discussion will be moderated by Dr. Erica Shelley, helping guide a lively exchange on all things organic dairy.
Free to attend. Registration required.
