After the Intensive:

The Organic Trade Show opens immediately afterward at the nearby Guelph Farmers’ Market. Your Intensive ticket gives you full access to the trade Show.

Wednesday Workshops – $100

Guelph Farmers' Market

9am - 4:30pm

Join a full day of workshops featuring leading voices in organic production, soil health, and ecological farming. This year’s lineup includes Scott Walker, Cory Eichman, and Joel Williams, with additional speakers to be announced. Sessions will offer practical tools, new research, and real-world strategies for producers, processors, educators, and advocates.

You’ll also have time to connect with exhibitors and explore the Organic Trade Show, open throughout the day.

Lunch option:
Add a catered lunch for $30. All-Access Pass holders already receive Wednesday lunch.
