Maximizing Greenhouse Durability with Norm Eygenraam

This session will focus on enhancing greenhouse durability through a thorough understanding of weather impacts on structures. Participants will learn about the effects of aerodynamics, wind, rain, and snow on greenhouse stability. Key strategies for improving greenhouse resilience will be covered, including wind protection measures, water management solutions, and snow removal techniques.

Attendees will also explore methods for learning from past weather events to better prepare for future challenges. Topics include documenting weather-related incidents, assessing trends, performing detailed post-storm evaluations, making prompt repairs, and interpreting weather forecasts. A Q&A session will follow, allowing for in-depth discussion and practical advice on maximizing greenhouse durability.
